Based in Erie, Pennsylvania, the 140-person workforce proudly attests that more than 90% of their products’ content is “Made in the USA.” This team has grown 300% in the last 15 years, providing additional jobs for locals and a shot in the arm for Erie’s economy.
“Our workforce is multi-generational,” says Casey Bowes, CEO. “Many people whose parents worked for (or still work for) Finish Thompson also work here. We also have a lot of siblings and husband-and-wife teams. We’re proud of our long history of satisfied employees, who stay in the Erie community for the solid work opportunities.”
